You authorize Buyahouse.com to check your credit history, and to provide your information, including credit history, to various other lenders as part of the loan approval and origination process.

Buyahouse.com disclaims any and all warranties, responsibilities or liabilities for the accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or availability of materials, products, information and services contained on this site.
   2. Limitation of Liability.
      You acknowledge and agree that Buyahouse.com will not be responsible or liable for:
      1. any damages to or viruses that may affect your computer equipment, software or other property as a result of your access to or use of this site;

10. Indemnification.

11. General.

    2. Choice of Law.
       These Terms & Conditions of Use shall be governed by and interrupted according to the laws of the State of California, without respect to that State's conflict of laws provisions.
    3. Dispute Resolution.
       You agree that all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions of Use shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction located within the State of California, with venue being San Diego, CA.
    4. Non waiver and severability.

If, by a court of competent jurisdiction, any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superceded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
    5. Headings.
       The headings in these Terms & Conditions of Use are for your convenience and reference. These headings do not limit or affect the terms of this Agreement.
    6. Authorization to Use E-mail.
       We may respond to inquiries and questions via e-mail if you provide us with an e-mail address. However, be advised that information sent by e-mail may not be completely confidential, not only because of certain aspects of electronic transfer, but also because others may have access to the computer or e-mail address to which our e-mail response is sent. Unless you specifically direct us as follows, "DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS INQUIRY BY E-MAIL", you hereby consent to response to your inquiries and questions via e-mail, in view of the risks inherent in using e-mail.
